Carriene Porter

Principal Broker/Owner

With over two decades of experience as a real estate professional who has brokered six offices and co-owned four brokerages in the Salt Lake Valley, Carriene broke away from the typical industry model of hiring agents in masses and founded Precision Realty & Associates, LLC as an independent brokerage Precision Realty is based in Lehi, Utah, and backed by an executive team with a combined 40+ years of experience as former brokerage operators along the Wasatch Front and built with only Utah’s most accomplished and elite real estate agents. Carriene was recently featured in “The Top 100 People In Real Estate” magazine which is distributed internationally. She leads a growing firm and does so with the same passion that has driven her career and the success of her agents.

Before she started her real estate career, she worked for several years in corporate management and eight years in property management, and then in 2000, she became a licensed real estate agent. Four years later, she obtained her broker’s license, and then went on to become a certified life and business coach. “I positively love the real estate industry, and I particularly enjoy helping agents reach their greatest potential and providing my clients with an exceptional experience.” Carriene loves spending time with her 3 children, their spouses and 9 grandchildren! Her greatest pleasure is in seeing others reach their goals. It’s also crucial to her that each individual achieves a balance that allows personal as well as professional growth and well-being.

Celeste Schiess

Executive Assistant

After several years of Retail and Restaurant Management, Celeste continued her education and received her Bachelor’s Degree. She then spent 5 years teaching English to international students. She has always wanted to work in an office setting and early in her career, she worked for a top producing real estate agent and knew that she wanted to go back to that industry. As soon as her children were all in school, she was hired as an Executive Assistant in a growing Real Estate company. She enjoys working with all different personality types  and assisting them to reach their career objectives. She especially likes working for the Executive Team and assisting with the many varied tasks in a busy office. She has a background in management, childhood development and social skills, accounting, and executive assisting.

Michelle grew up in the Real Estate Industry watching her father and mother buy, sell and rent out multiple homes and investing in them as well. After attending a couple of years of college, she got a job working as a Leasing Agent in Property Management. She worked her way up from a Leasing Agent to an Assistant with over 500 units and then eventually became a Manager of a 152-unit community. Her real passion is helping people. “I have always enjoyed being the host at events or making the impossible possible for people in my life.”

This developed into a new direction in her life, and she recently switched her career to an Executive Assistant. She enjoy’s working closely with the executive team, coming up with ideas and brainstorming on how to grow a company. Michelle has a background in social media, accounting, and marketing as well. Her favorite part of her job is the people she works with. “To me it does not feel like work!” 

George Andersen

George Andersen started in the mortgage business back in 1989. He covers the entire state of Utah and most states west of the Mississippi. Early on he realized that helping people acquire their first home and then investing in additional properties to add to their real estate portfolio, was a significant way to build true wealth and plan for their retirement. He loves the satisfaction of closing loans that other banks say they can’t do and what makes him one of the top lenders is his unique ability to solve problems. Every mortgage loan has a unique story problem and George has a way of looking at them from every angle to make sure you get the best possible outcome.
