Buying and Selling

Can I tell you something a bit awkward? There’s a lot that nobody tells you about selling your home or buying a new one.

Sure, you hear a LOT about real estate and rising prices and inflation on the news.

Yes, your friends are all talking about how the house down the street sold for way over listing.

Of course you can read all the online articles.

However, there’s so much more to real estate than what you see on the first page of Google.

Here’s a couple of things nobody talks about…

🏠 You have way more stuff than you think you do. It’s going to take you longer to clean, longer to declutter, and longer to pack than you anticipate.

🏠 Owning a home is great, but home maintenance costs do add up over time.

🏠 Adding upgrades doesn’t always come with a great ROI when you’re ready to sell your home.

🏠 Not all the offers you get on your home are going to be good ones. You may get some lowball offers. There may not be a bidding war on your home. However, your sales strategy can always be adjusted.

🏠 Buying in a top-notch school district is a great idea, even if you don’t have kids.

🏠 You’re allowed to walk away from a deal.

Over the next few weeks, I’m going to share with you some stuff nobody tells you about real estate.

You ready?
